Our rotary grinding facilities include (2) 72″ rotary tables accommodating an 84″ swing and 22″ height. Blanchard or rotary grinding removes large amounts of stock providing excellent flatness and parallelism with a quality finish. Our horizontal surface grinder provides precision flatness and parallelism as well as smooth finish. Venango’s surface grinder accommodates parts as large as 80″ in width, 120″ in length and 18″ in height.

Deep hole drilling requires special tools to produce long and accurate holes with a smooth finish. Venango is capable of drilling holes with diameters ranging from 1/4″ to 2.36″ and up to 20 feet in length in most materials.

Venango offers a wide range of precision milling machines: planer mills, CNC and manual horizontal boring mills up to 84″ wide X 22 feet long. Our experienced operators routinely mill precision base plates, platens, fixtures, virtually any operation requiring planer milling, boring, drilling, slotting and keyway cutting.

In addition to our contract machining, Venango Machine specializes in engineered hydraulic press platens used in the compression molds industry for the composite, rubber, plywood, automotive, chemical and other industries.
