Facility – Over 150,000 square feet primary manufacturing workspace located along major interstates, rail and port facility to ocean access, main manufacturing bays with light assembly bay, multiple assembly pits to 22 feet depth, and multiple cranes with lifting capacities to 150 tons with 30 feet under hook.
Machining – CNC machining centers with DNC interface enhances flexibility and communication between processes to handle heavy, complex machining to 300,000 lbs. ERP and a MRP guides work in process.
Assembly – Skilled staff and team-based work force that interacts with manufacturing and engineering for creative solutions and efficient manufacturing.
Design engineering – Experienced mechanical, hydraulic, electrical/electronic, and software engineers deliver turnkey solutions for structures, power units, HMI, PC/PLC controls, and software programming with data logging and troubleshooting. Solid modeling (SolidWorks™) assures that specifications are met; Finite Element Analysis (ANSYS™) to optimize mechanical structure design.
Field Service – Mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical technicians provide installation & startup supervision as well as training, inspection, troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance, assembly, pipe fitting, wiring, lubrication, and fluid filtration services.
Project Management – Team-based mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and software engineering, procurement, production, and critical path scheduling ensures leadership and direction with clear focus on strategic goal objectives, expectations that can be delivered, quality control, risk management, process schedule, and continuous oversight to complete projects on time and on budget.
